We have all been locked in our houses for 9-MONTHS!
This winter has been bad with record breaking spring rain.
We have been sitting, waiting, keeping warm and dry, waiting for that sun to shine!
Take a hike with the kids in the gorge.
Ride bikes to the grocery store.
SWIM!
Play baseball at the park.
Do yoga in a field.
Surf, trail run, kite board, paddle board, mountain bike, kayak!
Goals this summer:
- Weight loss
- Increased energy
- Cleansing and detoxification
- Better Sleep
