Education and Experience:

Dr. Samantha Du Moulin ND, formerly Dr. Mathers, was awarded her doctorate degree from the National College of Natural Medicine (NCNM) in Portland, Oregon.  Her specialties include additional research and certification within advanced nutrient IV therapies, bio-identical hormone therapy, environmental detoxification support, outpatient drug detoxification protocols, specialized laboratory testing and treatment, customized weight loss protocols, Biote Hormone Pellet insertions, chronic disease management, Parkinson’s disease, and autoimmune disorders, such as fibromyalgia, multiple sclerosis, and Hashimoto’s. Dr. Du Moulin was fortunate to be granted a highly competitive 1-year residency position at NCNM following her graduation.  The residency experience included teaching students in the clinic and classroom setting and treating patients within various populations and specialty clinics throughout the Portland area. Her training spans from homeless youth acute care and drug rehabilitation supportive health care to chronic disease management.

Personal Interests:

Dr. Du Moulin grew up in Michigan and moved to Oregon to pursue and undergraduate degree in pre-medical studies.  She graduated from the University of Oregon with degrees in Organic Chemistry and Psychology.  Before attending medical school, she moved to North Lake Tahoe and spent 2 years snowboarding, swimming, hiking, and mountain biking.  She is currently a proud mother of Stevie Rose, her beautiful daughter, Leroy her very lovable chocolate lab, and Diego her Timbermute (Timberwolf malamute). She spends her free time surfing the Oregon coast, spending time with her daughter, playing on the beach, hiking, trail/beach running, traveling, and enjoying every aspect that Hood River and the Oregon Coast have to offer!

Dr. Du Moulin’s mission is to restore the body into a state of well-being and balance. Through compassion, comprehensive medical history, focused physical exam, professionalism, and dedication, Dr. Du Moulin strives to find the underlying cause of illness and support the body to achieve health.
