I, Dr. Samantha Du Moulin, have been taking these classes for a few weeks now at Flow Yoga in downtown Hood River. I wish I were here more often so that I could make the Monday and Friday classes as well. At Flow Yoga they are called “FLY” classes.
I have never been so sore! I love these classes and hope that everyone who reads this has a gym nearby that offers this amazing work-out. If you do not, the at-home trainers are great!
What is TRX training?

- The body is challenged in every plane of motion
- functional exercises that build strength, endurance, core stability, and mobility
- You can train anywhere with your own personal TRX Training system or take a class
