What is the Bar Method?
The Bar Method has been gaining more popularity recently. I have not yet had a chance to visit the studio located in the NW but an planning to this winter. Some of my current patients attend this studio and have increased my interest in checking it out.
The studio is located at 904 NW Hoyt.
