Tara Gatz, LMT

Tara Gatz has been an LMT since 2001 and an NASM certified personal trainer since 2009. Tara enjoys integrating her knowledge of the body into personalized sessions to ease chronic pain and overuse injuries.  Her specialties include deep tissue, advanced Myofascial therapies, infant, child, pregnancy and Swedish massage. In addition she also has been trained in intraoral neuromuscular therapy to improve TMJ and chronic neck pain and headaches.

Tara just moved to Hood River from Bend, OR.  She is looking forward to expanding her services in the Gorge! 

Tara will be seeing clients Tuesday through Friday at RenŪ Progressive Medicine in Hood River.
