Education and Experience:
Nicole is a 2007 graduate of Cleveland Chiropractic College in Kansas City, Missouri. Along with treating patients, Nicole has had an opportunity to work as an Ergonomist at the University of California, Riverside and at the Nike Headquarters in Beaverton, Oregon. Her experience with workers compensation treatment guidelines also provides her a way to incorporate evidence-based medicine. Her hands-on approach to health care may include spinal and extremity manipulation, along with advice regarding diet, exercise, injury prevention, and positive lifestyle choices. Her chiropractic techniques include Diversified, Activator, SOT, and Thompson/drop table. Other therapies may include the following: McKenzie method, IASTM (Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Manipulation), kinesiology taping, resistance band exercises, Pettibon wobble chair, and percussive massage with TheraGun G3PRO.
Nicole grew up in Michigan and enjoys playing euchre with new friends in the PNW. She enjoys exploring the Gorge with her husband, Tyler and her dog, Skipper. Nicole is deeply grateful for her health and relaxes by hiking, weight-lifting, playing tennis, walking the dog, working on the yard, traveling and making eco-friendly fire starters. She also really likes coffee and homemade whipped cream.
