I have a LOVE for pilates. I have been actively taking part in pilates since I turned 20 (some years ago).
It is part of my regular gym routine. It is amazing how this practice can reform your body. Most pilates gyms have beginner classes up through advanced and the trainers are skilled to work with all body types. You can buy monthly passes or pay for classes. Many pilates gyms are now offering individualized training as well.
I HIGHLY recommend checking out at least a few classes. If your body goal is long, lean, and strong, this is the exercise for you.
