A Healthy Halloween Treat
Happy Halloween!
Something sweet that you can add in for the holidays without the guilt, the stomach upset, and the sugar headache!
All you need:
- Pumpkin or winter squash, fresh baked (1 cup)
- Cooking & Baking
- Baking soda (1/2 teaspoon)
- Celtic sea salt (1/4 teaspoon)
- Cinnamon (1/2 teaspoon)
- Coconut flour (1/3 cup)
- Coconut oil (1/4 cup)
- Dark chocolate chips (1/2 cup)
- Honey (1/3 cup)
- Eggs (4)
