A Healthy Halloween Treat

Happy Halloween!

Something sweet that you can add in for the holidays without the guilt, the stomach upset, and the sugar headache!

All you need:

  • Pumpkin or winter squash, fresh baked (1 cup)
  • Cooking & Baking
  • Baking soda (1/2 teaspoon)
  • Celtic sea salt (1/4 teaspoon)
  • Cinnamon (1/2 teaspoon)
  • Coconut flour (1/3 cup)
  • Coconut oil (1/4 cup)
  • Dark chocolate chips (1/2 cup)
  • Honey (1/3 cup)
  • Eggs (4)
