You can still enjoy the things you love minus the food allergies and the carbohydrates!


  • 3 lbs ground grass-fed beef (not too lean if you want a very flavorful patty);
  • 3 large eggs;
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced;
  • 1 tbsp fresh herbs of your choice, finely chopped;
  • 6 to 8 large eggs;
  • 2 large avocados, cut into thick slices;
  • Paleo mayonnaise or Hollandaise sauce to serve;
  • Sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper to taste
